Guiso de habas / Broad Beans stew

Ingredients:
-Broad Beans/ Habas
-Carrots/Zanahoria
-Onion/Cebolla
-Garlic/Ajo
-Mushrooms/Chanpiñones
-Peas/Arvejas
-Bay/Laurel
-Olive oil/Aceite de Oliva
-Spices/Condimentos

Preparation:
-Soak Broad Beans overnight / Dejar habas remojando la noche anterior a cocinarlas
-On a pot with Olive oil saute the garlic, onions and carrots / En una olla con aceite de Oliva, sofreir la cebolla, ajo y zanahorias.
-Add the Broad Beans an cover with cold water / Añadir las habas y cubrir con agua fría
-Add the peas / Añadir las arvejas
-Add the spices / Añadir los condimentos
-Cook until Broad Beans are tender (around 40 minutes) / Cocinar hasta que las habas estén blandas (Alrededor de 40 minutos)

Smiley Vegan

Ingredients:
-Cauliflower/Coliflor
-Broccoli
-Potatoes
-Carrots/zanahoria
-Onion/cebolla
-Cajun
-Himalayan salt
-Olive oil

Preparation:
-Chop all ingredients to the size you prefer, and place on the oven on an oven dish on medium temperature for around 45 minutes

Ingredients:
-Pasta, Rotini/Resortitos in this case
-Coconut/Olive oil
-Soy sauce/salsa soya
-Broccoli
-Carrots/zanahoria
-Onion/cebolla
-Red & Green pepper/Morrón verde y rojo
-Mushrooms/Champiñones

Preparation:
-Cook pasta/Cocinar la pasta
-Stir fry all the veggies/Sofreir todos los vegetales
