Lentils a la veganesa

Ingredients:
-lentils
-peppers
-carrots
-celery
-garlic
-scallions
-onions
-mushrooms
-tomato

Preparation:
-soak the lentils just for a little bit (around 15 minutes)
-saute all the vegetables, and start cooking the lentils separately
-mix both and let them cook together
