Spaghetti with vegan sauce

Ingredients:
-mushrooms
-carrot
-celery
-red onion
-green&red pepper
-zucchini
-tomato
-tomato sauce (unless you have enough tomatoes which I didn't this time)
-oregano
-pepper
-garlic
-salt
-olive oil (for the pasta)
-coconut oil (for the sauce)

Preparation:
-Cook the pasta
-Saute all the ingredients with exception of the red&green pepper
-When ingredients are cooked add the tomato sauce and the green&red peppers, a lower the temperature, keep it there for 5 more minutes, or until the sauce its warm
-Serve with oregano...lots of oregano!!
