Ingredients:
-rice
-beans (I used leftovers)
-mushrooms
-tomato
.garlic
-carrots
-scallions or green onions
Preparation:
-Saute the mushrooms, tomato, garlic, carrots and scallions
-Add the rice, mix and saute for a bit
-Add the spices you like
-Cover with water and let it cook
-Heat the beans (leftovers in my case) and mix with the rice
